Shipping Information
We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery may take 3–5 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

Delivery Charges
We charge a flat delivery fee of PKR 200 on all orders, regardless of location or order size.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unstitched, and in original packaging.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
